Mandson Rental Car Terms and Conditions

By booking a vehicle with Mandson Rental Cars you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Terms
1.1. The rental agreement is between the renter (hereafter referred to as “you” or “the customer”) and Mandson Rentals Cars(hereafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the company”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle.
2.2. You must hold a valid driver’s license, which you have held for at least 1 year.
2.3. International renters must present a valid passport and an international driver’s permit if the license is not in English.
3. Reservation and Payment
3.1 Full payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and cash.
4. Rates and Fees
4.1. Rental rates are calculated on a daily basis and include 350km per day. Additional kilometres will be charged at 0.12euros per km.
4.2. Fuel: The vehicle will be provided with a tank of fuel at a certain level. The level of the tank should be checked on the pick up day. The vehicle must be returned with the tank on the same level as on pick up day.
4.3. Additional fees may apply for optional extras such as child seats and additional drivers unless otherwise agreed.
5. Vehicle Use
5.1. The vehicle must only be driven by individuals listed on the rental agreement.
5.2. The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, or any activity that could damage the vehicle.
5.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
6. Insurance and Liability
6.1. Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. Additional insurance options are available for an additional cost, and can be discussed with administration.
6.2. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle, up to the full value of the vehicle, unless additional insurance is purchased.
6.3. You are liable for all parking, traffic violations, and toll charges incurred during the rental period.
6.4 In case police keeps the car due to customers negligence, customer is responsible to continue paying rent for as long as the car is not delivered back.
7. Breakdown and Accidents

7.2. In case of an accident, you must notify us immediately and fill out an accident report form provided by the company.
8. Cancellation and No-show Policy
There is free cancellation.
9. Return of the Vehicle
9.1. The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
9.2. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when rented, barring normal wear and tear. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
10. Privacy Policy
10.1. We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to complete the rental transaction.
11. Governing Law
11.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Albania.
